1. Are the prices listed per person or do they cover the total amount for the occupancy?  So for example, is the deposit for a double occupancy package $1000 or $2000 total?

 

All prices quoted are per person, so the deposit for a double occupancy is $1000 per person each, or $2000 for two people.

 

2.  What is your refund policy?  

 

The $500 per person deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of your package is partially refundable based on the following schedule:

 

75% refund of payments made– before April 30th

50% refund of payments made – before June 30th

25% refund of payments made – before September 30th

No Refund – after September 30th

 

3. What hotel is included in the package? 

 

Our 2024 hotel of choice is the Marriott Brix Autograph Hotel, located near the Savannah in Port of Spain. 

 

4. Do I get to pick the fetes or are they decided by NSM?

We try to keep our customers in specific parties due to safety and logistics. We offer a cooler fete or its equivalent on Friday, the NSM boat ride Saturday Morning and Soca Brainwash on Saturday evening, the Sunday breakfast parties we tailor based on the client’s preference for either ValeVibe or Sunnyside Up. ​​​​

5. What band does NSM play with? Am I able to pick the band I want to participate in?

 

Our clients have played with Tribe, Bliss, Lost Tribe, and Yuma. We can arrange access to most of those bands. Once you have chosen a costume and band, we will set up the registration for you.  For private sections, the earlier the better and please note that these are more competitive.

 

6. Are trips to the fetes on a shuttle that leaves and picks up at a certain time, or is transport based on my preference?  For example, if the transportation for the fete leaves the hotel at 8pm and then returns at 4am, but I want to leave at 11pm or return at 2am, do I have to hire a taxi?

 

Yes,  this will cost you extra but you can always use the TT ride share app. 

 

7. Can I add a rental car to my package?

 

Of course, but driving can be a headache during carnival, especially if you are not familiar with or from Trinidad. Contact us for more info on car rentals.

9. What if I have more questions?  How will NSM communicate with me?

 

We will be in regular contact with you via Travefy, email, and text before carnival so we can make sure you and your friends are all set to experience the Greatest Show on Earth!!
